My wife and had our home built back in 2001. After sever weather and drought, our home was needing some TLC. In 2006, we had our home painted and replaced some trim. After some hail damage and some more hot summers, our home was needing a new roof and another paint job. We began to see the on going maintenance so we contacted Kevin Baldwin from a referral from a family relation. We had our home installed with vinyl siding and additional insulation siding. We also had guttering installed. It took 2 weeks but the installation was beyond our expectations. I would refer this company to the next home owner.

My second time using Baldwin Enterprises finished up yesterday. A few years ago with trim and gutters. This time, we covered the rest of our exposed wood, a new side garage door and some trim. If you want average "just get it done" type work on your home, these are not the people for you. If your home is your castle, hire this company. Jim, their craftsman made every corner cut match. Every edge was flawless. Very little caulking was used as every piece fit. That said, every area needing caulking around doors and windows looked like welds on a Ferrari. My neighbor just compared his to ours. His installer used caulking to make corners fit, cover flaws. Even at that, it was sloppy.

I'm a bit OCD. There is nothing that is off ANYWHERE. I could ramble on. If you love your home, contract with Baldwin, you'll be glad you did. I only wish they did more things, my wife would keep them busy.
