I am perfectly happy with this company in Moore. When I called to let them know that I was unhappy with my son's picture. They let me come into the studio to retake it there at no charge. They explained to me that it was the school that choses if we get proofs or not. Also I found out that the are multiple studios and ran by different people. I also compared their prices to other companies and were better or the same. But I did like the fact that if I was too far from the studio, they would refund my money. I even got a retake from them at the studio when Blunck's wasn't the original company that took it. They were always very nice to me and my kids.

My son's elementary school uses this company for their school pictures. Blunk's makes you buy the packages without seeing any proofs. I wasn't happy about that, but they reassured me that if I didn't like the picture they would do a retake. Just my luck that my son was making a goofy face in his picture and yes, they did offer retakes, but you have to pay $5 for them to do it , which I found out on the retake day. So annoying. Especially since the photographer could have just snapped another right then in there if they had been paying attention to my kid's goofy expression in the picture. From now on, I'm taking him to a studio where I have more control and can actually get what I want. Didn't get very many pictures compared to the cost and the quality wasn't any better than getting pictures done at the walmart or target studios.
