Horrible customer service.. The Sevice department has gone down hill. The spa techs don't even know their products.

The service overall was great but my only concern was some of the employee behavior. I took my little son in there a few days ago and heard some of the employees talking about some "inappropriate" things. Honestly due to the decent service I didn't mind but when I walked up to the front desk to check out all of the kids acted like it was a burden to help me and the one girl that actually helped me smelled like pot. I don't know what kind of place it is turning out to be but I remember when it used to be family oriented. I don't want to pick another pool store but honestly they need to do some employee training or testing because this is not a pleasant thing.

I wasnt sure what I needed for my pool when I walked into the store. The employees were friendly and helped me find everything I needed to open my pool. I will be back!
