Best place for a steak sandwich Supreme! The service and food is great!! We wouldn't go to any other place. This place makes you feel like your welcomed.

Love, love, love! The service is so personal and great. Always something yummy to eat. I don't know what all the other reviewers have experienced but I know mine was AWESOME.

Everytime I go I feel like a kid again. All the good memories. Always a nice smile and quick service.

Has terrible customer service for over the phone orders

I placed a order for a steak sandwich and a corn dog they said it would be 15min. I arrived in 10 .I let them know I was there and they told me to drive around, I paid and left I live 5min form the restaurant. When I checked my sandwich was cold and the bread soggy; and the corn dog was cold in the middle... don't think I'll be going back!!!!.

This was once the best restaurant on the planet. The Steak Sandwich and Frank and Chili sandwich are better than any item you can find on any 5 Star menu. Del Rancho was one of the things I was most looking forward upon my extended visit to Moore after a 5 year absence. Last night I ordered my food in advance. I went to the drive through speakers and asked for my food. Twenty minutes later; as I was about to leave, they called my name. They also rang the bell for the three others that arrived after I did. When I got my order the Steak Sandwich and the tater tots were cold and soggy. I asked around and I am told that poor service and bad food are the rule not the exception now. Too bad; this is the oldest and once the best in Moore. I have the feeling that when I return this Moore icon will no longer be in existence.
