I've been coming to Enchanted since they opened. I love the the place. The owner always greets me with a smile on his face and Mymy is awesome. She is the best nail artist I've ever had. She has never used stencil art, it's always been free style. Hannah is the great also. She does my facials, I fall asleep most of the time . lol Everyone is all good at what they do. Never ever ever had a bad experience with them.

My nail tech (didn't get name) took her time on every nail. She was very attentive to detail and made sure I was happy with it.

$35 + tip for freak show pink and whites! The technician made the "pink" go half way back up my nail bed and instead of my nails having white tips, the white extends halfway back on my nail beds!!! The nail is HALF white and HALF pink! They look stupid! Plus, they are crooked, uneven, and they are bulky and sort of look look like elf shoes in the sense that they aren't straight and the tips are shsped upwards. They arent straight and level. When I wShed my hands there wasn't any clean hand towels either. paper towel dispenser was empty and dirty hand towels laying around. No thanks. I will NEVER go back.

I got an eyebrow wax for $8. The lady used a make up type brush to put the wax on and didn't sanitize it when she went from one person to the next. I'm sure that is against regulations of Oklahoma. They should be using a new stick every time they dip into the wax.

I also paid for a regular pedicure $25. The lady did a decent job with removing callus and gave a good massage. I'm not pleased with the polish job she did because she did not completely cover 2 of my toenails. They both have polish missing from the corners. Also, she did get polish on my actual skin and left it there. They also did not sanitize the spa next to me before going from one person to the next. That is also against regulations.

This salon needs to learn to sanitize. One day someone could get a staph infection from making a person bleed and contaminating the wax, or they could give someone a foot fungus because they don't sanitize the spas properly.

Horrible pedicure - 1 nail tech was not there to do his job on my moms feet while my pedi lasted 1 week. Called manager and he answered by saying "what do you want?" When I asked to speak to the manager. Said to come in to talk to him about it. Told him will not be back!

Paint chipped off the next day. They had their kids running everywhere and they even played with my pedicure water! One of her kids even tried to steal my daughters book while she was sitting right next to me! Not professional at all. Will not be goin back! Don't waste your time and money!
