I took my car in to Express Oil Change in Moore, OK to have my wheel bearing replaced but the technicians said that it wasn't the wheel bearing, it was the brakes going from $140 to $300. After replacing all 4 brakes and rotors, they called to say that one the calipers had seized up and that it would be an additional $400 but now my car is stuck at their shop and unless pay $700 will have to have it towed. I would have given them zero stars but it wasn't an option. Do NOT use this shop for anything, they will rip you off!!!

they do a really great job taking care of all my vehicles. they have always been super nice. i can drop my vehicle off and walk next door for lunch and it is done by the time i get back. quick and have never had a problem!

Really over the top service. They didn't try to upsell me stuff I don't need, actually talked me out of spending extra twice. I thought my air filter needed to be changed, but he said that it was still good (and explained why). I thought I needed the synthetic oil for my older truck, but he recommended a more economical Valvoline Max. They even replaced a headlight FOR FREE! I had the light, and I was having trouble installing it. I had spent hours wrestling with the thing back home. The tech popped it in within a few minutes. "No charge sir!" When they say 10 minutes, they mean 10 minutes. No waiting in line for hours in a nasty waiting area, and I got there at noon on a Saturday. I even got to stay seated in my truck while they did the work. That means NO ONE JACKS WITH MY SEAT!! Never understood why that was necessary just to drive my truck 10 feet into the bay. It's the little things that make a huge difference, and this place has that down. I am a loyal life customer starting today.
