I have been waiting over a month to get a job completed and I can't even get a hone call. I have a door in without glass. I can't get Mark to even call me. what should I do?

Worst company ever. They are criminal. Mark promised a specific railing and didn't deliver the product. Heights were off, paint job was off. He was suppose to mount in my mulch bed, but his measurements were so bad, he ended up drilling into my walkway and mounting there without permission. Design was not correct either. I'm shocked that someone who claims to be a professional can miss on every aspect of his craft. I did discuss with him briefly when I realized how bad the job was and his comment was "your design would have looked retarded." Aside from an inappropriate comment, that was not his call to make. Our plan was provided from a decorator. He merely did what he wanted to do. He has refused to fix the job, has hung up on me several times when trying to address the problem. Unfortunate he runs such an unprofessional business. The market is very competitive, would look elsewhere and save yourself the headache and money.
