Utterly disgusted by this place. I picked up my boyfriend's 1-year old german shepherd last week and upon arrival found our dog with a bloody nose. The staff stated that the swing doors have caused the "minor cut". She explained to me before he was brought out so I thought it was literally a "minor cut". When he finally was brought out my jaw literally dropped. There was a bloody gash the size of a bottle cap on his nose. I called my boyfriend who's a police officer and told him what had occurred. The staff member called the owner DOTTI and notified her of the issue. Even the staff member acknowledged the injury as pretty severe. The owner was supposed to call my boyfriend the same day and never did. So he called the morning after and the manager refused to own up to anything and would not allow him to speak with the owner. FINALLY the owner DOTTI called my boyfriend back and was extremely rude and eventually hung up on my boyfriend.
