have renamed this business: America's WORST contacts and eyeglasses!



I am 48 years old and have been wearing glasses since I was 5. This BY FAR was and still is the WORST experience I have ever been thru. Not just for glasses but ANY retail experience. It all began at the end of JUNE, it is now the end of NOVEMBER and I still DO NOT have my contacts straightened out and my glasses are the wrong prescription. They LIED about everything. Originally it took 3 weeks to get my glasses and they were not the right prescription. The Doctor AND manager says give it time. I know when I can see and not, yet I followed their advice. When I came back they said it's past the 30 days and they can't fix it.

MANY calls to the district manger went unreturned to called when I told him I would NOT be home.

Five months later and NO contacts and the WRONG prescription.



There are DOZENS of places you can buy glasses, PLEASE PLEASE do NOT make the mistake I made.



GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
