Dr Louis is a sorry excuse for a physician and this is a highly incompetent health care facility. I was told to come in any time between 1 and 5 - no appointment needed. I arrived at 4:45 and was told that Dr Louis would not see anyone after 4:40. I showed the email to the woman at the desk confirming walk ins until 5. Dr Louis refused to see me. I was turned away. Dr Louis is UNCARING and a complete disgrace to the medical profession. The staff is miserable and incompetent. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. They are awful

I have been looking for a good family doctor so I tried Cooper Family medicine in Moorestown NJ and boy have I been dissapointed. I had some very important blood work done about a week ago and I was told that the results are in but I would have to speak to my doctor about them. I left 2 messages for the doctor to please call me back so we can discuss the results and I can move forward with treatment if needed yet noone has called me back. Its been very frusterating and the receptionists at this location are very unprofessional. They have attitude over the phone and are very unhelpful. They act as though you are bothering them when you call. Once I finally do talk to my doctor Im going to find someone else. I dont recomend this type of servise to anyone!
