Provided by YP.comWhat happend to customer service? This office is another lacking in that area. As a new patient, I showed my card and told them my co-pay, which is on the card. Thier computer showed more, so they billed me more. Would not call to check. When I did, I was told compt was wrong and they are supposedt o call if there is a discrepency. The office was shocked, they dont bother to make the effort to call. They would just bill me more and then refund if it was not right?? Why make more work, and upset a new customer? I had to straighten it out myself, but the fact is they would not make one phone call to verify. I have heard from other patients they same complaints. They dont do more than they have to. Lab results are sent back, they dont have them, even though lab says they do. they dont call to check on them, same with ultrasounds etc. No follow-up. Who needs one more place that is un-organized and with poor customer service, especially when it regards your health
