Would stop treatment today if I could . Received ClearAligner braces 33 days ago. Paid $3100 of the $5100 bill (remainder was insurance piece). Mind you - I was told it would be $4500 - and no one cared to explain. They have yet to properly file the claim with my insurance company. I've called 4 times asking them to do it - said they would (weekly basically - once they claims weren't showing up with the insurance company). After standing up for myself - 4 weeks later (refusing to get off the phone until they let me speak with someone - 44 minutes later) they finally filed the claim (but for only $860). Worst office manager ever. They don't care that I have been unable to submit my $3100 reimbursement until it is filed with insurance. I'm sad i have to waste my life with them the next year - Maybe (i won't hold my breath) by the time my treatment is finished they will file the insurance claim properly. It isn't rocket science - they do this every day.
