For the first time in my life I feel free and confident. I was older and had never gotten professional counseling for myself. Over the six months I was an outpatient at Temenos, my therapist skillfully and gently led me out of the labyrinth of fear and confusion I had been living in. I now have a better understanding of myself and the world. I feel so relieved and my friends and family notice the change. Thank you, thank you.
