I took my car in to get tires and an alignment. While they were doing that work, they caused $140 of damage to the door locks by trying to force them with the wrong key, despite me telling them that the door key was different from the ignition key and the trunk key (hey, it's an old car, it's seen a lot of life). The owner was very patronizing and dismissive, saying that the damage must have happened some other time, refused to take any responsibility for it, offered no compensation, and kept repeating the same thing over and over as if that made him right. Between 2 phone calls to the store and 6 calls to corporate, nothing was resolved. Despite 6 promises that I would get a call back within a certain time period, I only got 1 call back from 1 person. Don't go here - they don't deserve your business.

This place sucks. I'll give them this. They know how to stick it to ya. My rear still hurts after going there. Now I go to friendly Tire in Martinsville. That is the best place to go. Randy and Tim are very nice people. And I got a GREAT DEAL!!! There. Thank you Friendly Tire for making this the best tire shop in Morgan co.
