I take my car to get serviced at Community Ford. As a college student, their oil change prices are very reasonable and inexpensive! I've never had a bad experience at Community Ford. I'd recommend their services to anyone in need.

I take my car to the service department for everything and have for a number of years now. They're honest and do great work. Would recommend for anyone in the area to use.

I bought my car and had it serviced multiple times at community ford and they have been the best dealer ive ever dealt with, they gave me a great deal and have always taken care of me when i went in .

The sales manager and service manager are some of the nicest people ive dealt with and plan on buying another car from them soon!

Faulty Brakes

They sold my father a car with a corroded brake line to the point it leaks everywhere. A mechanic looked at it (5 days after it was purchased) and said that, BY LAW, Community Ford never should have sold it to him. In fact, if they had put the car on the lifts themselves, they would not be allowed, BY LAW, to drive it home. Now, this dealership refuses to fix it saying that the 21 point inspection does not pertain to a 1993 car and there was nothing wrong with it when they sold it to us. LIARS!!!! That much corrosion doesn't happen in 5 days, and I have pictures. Guess who's calling a lawyer!

SCAMMERS! Paul Guy (made up name?) and Steve Ivins know what's up! Disconnecting things in my car following a repair, telling me you checked the fuses and plugs and it needs more diagnostics (for $85), telling me it was a coincidence and nothing was touched to cause the column to go dead! Turns out they DID disconnect a plug right next to the blower and disabled everything in my steering wheel including the horn...thank god I didn't fall for this scam and happened to check under the hood myself! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They enjoy ripping people off.

Had to be one of the worst experiences we've had

We went in to this dealership to test drive a specific car we had looked at on-line. The salesman was very patronizing and kept pushing us to lower priced vehicles. He actually seemed surprised that we didn't want the car he wanted us to have! We ended up buying a brand new Ford at Tom Wood Ford in Carmel and I was tempted to drive it over and honk at the salesman here at Community.
