H&R was started in 2000 by Ken Halcomb and Shannon Richter. Both Ken and Shannon bring over 25 yrs combined experience in the construction industry and have trained and served as adjusters working major catastrophes. This experience has taught them valuable lessons from both sides of the industry. This valuable experience enables H&R to better serve our customers and work with all major insurance companies. Bringing all parties together to make sure your home or business is repaired to the highest quality quickly and efficiently. This expertise and customer service, is what we are known best for. We currently have two locations to better serve central Indiana, Mooresville which is our main office and Bloomington which is our south office. Having both locations allows us to better respond to emergency claims We specialize in the insurance repair industry, doing all types of insurance claims ranging in size from the smallest repairs all the way to large commercial damages.
