We called trying to make an appointment for our little girl, who was going for her first dentist appointment. We encountered MADELINE, who interrupted us repeatedly, barking DO YOU WANT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ??? We simply tried to ask how they would handle the situation if she was too scared to sit through all the procedures of a first appointment - to which she rudely butted in and said SO YOU DON'T WANT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT !!??

I told her I was just trying to find out what I was facing, and she barked I DON"T KNOW YOUR CHILD I DON"T HAVE ANY IDEA HOW SHE"LL ACT !!! I told her I understood that, but I was trying to see how they would handle it - but she obviously answered my question. If they hire staff like her, I'm guessing they treat children the same way she does !!!!!!!!
