Provided by YP.comI just purchased a new atv from them two weeks ago. I was looking at a few diffrent places and was interested in a new king quad 400. one dealer ship had 2011 on sale for 5200 and a 2012 for 6200, Well i went by interstate cycles since it was by the house to see what thay had to offer, thay had a 2012 for 6200 i told the guy up front that another dealership had a 2011 for 5200 and thay near matched the price of the 2012 with the other places 2011 thay also cut me a good deal on two helmets and two pair of goggles , my sales guy was very helpefull and answered all the quistions i had to ask. he also went over the break in period and and told us when to bring it in for the first service. so two weeks and 101 miles later i call them to set up an oppointment. I set one up for the following day which was saturday i told them i would drop it off around 11 and did, thay called later to tell me that it was done and my girl friend picked it up around 4 . After i got it home i inspected it to make sure thay did all the work thay were supposed to which was grease everything, checking valves, change plugs, oil, oil filter and check for loose bolts and check the fule injection system becuase i have read that some dealer ship will not do everything thay say thay do this coming from mechanics that have worked at dealerships and as expected every thing was done :). So with that said so far i am very happy with there service.. KEEP IT UP... ill be going back there for my next service... The negitives i had was i though thay could have done a little better on the price for the first service becuase i saw where some people on here said thay payed a little less but then agan i would rather pay a little more and no the job gets done and done right thay alway say you get whatcha pay for :)........

Provided by YP.comI bought an Arai Corsair last year from Interstate. I drove up from South Charlotte because they are basically the only place in town that stocks Arai and Shoei. I guess it has been about a year now since I bought it. A couple weeks ago I was getting ready to ride and accidently broke the side cover on my helmet while trying to install a new visor. I wasn't sure how to fix it so I took it to Interstate. The Parts Manager took a look at it and said he would have to order the part. He asked if I was going to be riding, and I said I was planning a ride since it was so warm. He said no problem and loaned me a cover so I could ride, ordered my new cover that matched my helmet and when it came in he installed it for me. When I went to pay...he said there is no charge today. We got it. Now that is awesome customer service.

Provided by YP.comI bought a used Jet Ski. The hours of the ski were higher than the saleman quoted after I told him the max hours I wanted to get. Terrible follow up. Did not respond to emails or follow up on calls. Promised and lied to me the whole way through the sale. Still don't have a title and did not take care of the registration like promised. Oh, they did offer me a free T-shirt. They just lossed $20,000 of my business that I took elsewhere because it was a terrible experience. Since my incident I've talked to several people that had the same experience.
I am not sure how to respond to this. I guess I would start by saying that we have been in business for 10 years. We sell hundreds of units per year, and most sales go just fine. There are situations that just seem to go sideways, and we always regret those. I do not actually recall this one, but the simple fact remains that our client list includes people like Robbie Gordon, Coach Joe Gibbs and Jeff Gordon just to name a few. These are people that demand the best, and we know what it takes perform and satisfy customers. That is why we are teh number one Waverunner dealer in the Carolinas and w ehavethe highest CSI (customer satisfaction index) in the region. Once again, we are sorry that the transaction did not work to your satisfaction. Regards...Interstate Cycle Management

Provided by YP.comIt took there service over 5 months to order and replace a starter cylinder for my bike. The sold me a lemon.
Once again, I am not sure quite how to respond to this. Our service department runs about 3 to 4 days out and our average repair is finished in 48 hours. We literally complete hundreds of labor hours per month, and we work hard to turn customers units around quickly. A starter "cylinder", maybe you mean selenoid, is not a difficult repair nor is it expensive. It wouldn't be in our interest to hold a unit for 5 months, particularly since we don't get paid until the customer picks up the unit. The only time we would hold a unit is in the event of non-payment, and those are all taken to a warehouse. I think we can finish a starter repair in a matter of hours. Thank You
