Had a 12:30 appointment to get a key programmed for my 06 CTS, I was there with two other couples and we were both there a long time but while we were sitting there they rep came out and let them know what was going on with their vehicle asked them did they need anything to drink did they need a courtesy car incase they needed to go somewhere, you know the thing you get when you normally go to Cadillac, but for me and I'm just going to keep it simple they show me straight racism because you had the older white couples who they catered to, made sure they was okay, but they seen a young black man with a diamond necklace on or whatever and they literally didn't ask me or tell me nothing I stayed in there for 6 hours and he came and told me that we can't even program your key you got to come and get your car Tuesday but we going to do you a favor and not charge you for the work we did today yeah thanks a lot, So it really doesn't matter how much money you got or any of that, skin color matters at Mooresville Randy Marion Cadillac

I received a call Sunday afternoon, September 25,2016, about an inquiry I made days ago, Certainly a return call could have been made at a more appropriate time other than on a Sunday. No respect for a day of peace and quiet especially from a business.

Disappointed because my son bought a car in good faith about 2 yrs ago. He was 19 and trying to do this on his own. He would have never knowingly bought a car from Randy Marion Chevy Moorrisville that had been in an accident and overpaying. He did have some negative equity in his trade. Now after working hard and saving to have a good down payment he has decided to trade up. Found out car has been in and accident and he his way upside down in current trade in value. How due these types of loans go through? Is it because of gap insurance?
