Provided by YP.comWe thought the agent was guided only by getting her quick cash and did very little along with not knowing the community or LISTENING to her clients. When I was in real estate you help your client and know exactly what the house and community is about before bringing your client. Take it seriously, not to get favor for yourself.

Provided by YP.comI was not happy at all with the service that I received!!
I read the previous reviews but I am not the kind of person who will base my decision on someone else's opinion. So I did call, and I have to say that I was as equally unimpressed with there service as previous people. We are considering a move to Mooresville N.C., however after speaking with Ken, I was reconsidering that area. I will say that the receptionist Penny was very pleasant to talk to. We are a family in Northern Virginia that is currently looking to relocate. So I called Re/Max to inquire on this relocation. I explained to Penny what we were attempting to do and she transferred me to Ken who evidently got lost in translation, so I attempted to clear our intentions with him twice. We were looking to come visit the area this weekend to get a feel for it, including jobs, businesses, rental prices vs buying prices, entertainment, schools, ect.... before we plan our final move. I can honestly say I was very deterbed with the sighing being done on the other end of the phone, as if I was irritaing him, not to mention he did NOT have a pleasant demeener what so ever, nor was he in any way trying to be helpful in getting a good understanding for what we were trying to do. I explained that we would like to work with someone who knows the area well and can give us firm knowledge. After trying to clairify myself a few times, I finally told him that I didnt think that he was going to be able be of any assistance to us and that I will call another realestate agency in that area. I actually considered just passing by this town as one of our considerations. To my delight I did not because the next agency "Lawrie Lawrence" has a wonderful lady by the name of Stacy who was most considerate with our delemia with relocation and is currently setting up a guided tour of the area, info on the schools and economy info. I'm glad that I did not allow one person to send us looking elswhere. However my recommendation for this Re/Max facility is to reveiw there staff and make for serious changes. These troublesome reveiws date back to 2009 and obviously are not resolved!! It saddens me that someone in the realestate business doesn't persive themselves as the face of the community. Sooooo Deterbed!!
