Having no dock is better than working with Row Boat. We waited 4 months for them to show up, their employees were rude, and the workmanship was terrible. The posts were cut too short, and our dock floated off the posts when the lake level rose; the main bracket holding the dock to the post was installed upside down, and they used a rusty old screw in place of a codder pin to hold the cable for my lift in place. AND they took me to small claims court when I withheld 20% payment. Terrible experience! Their warranty is a joke - no one calls you back to fix anything!
