Never go to this place again, I used to go there all the time, Today, was my last trip ever. Ladies make sure you ask prices first, I had a regular fill in and gel polish, m the Polish alone was twenty dollars, it was to late my bill for a fill in and polish was forty dollars, I pay twenty five for that somewhere else, Jon, did my nails, he was indeed very rude to me the whole time and felt very uncomfortable as it went on.. I have not been there for a year because before I had appointment and before me they took two walk ins before me .They are very rude and I can't believe how they treat people, For Lisa and Jon, the owners I believe uou need to learn customer service skills, you owe me an apology but I am sure I want get one, don't worry I know a lot of people in Mooresville N.C. and I will pass the word along , you robbed me today, and I am very angry, with you service, please people be aware!!! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE THANKS YOU LISA AND JON,

You know how you accidentally hit your toe nail polish right after the nail artist just got done painting them? Well, Serenity salon has no problem and understands that everyone makes mistakes! I love this place to no end. I was going every week until my boyfriend told me to back it down to every two weeks!!! Wonderful atmosphere, wonderful people, great owners, great artists and designers with nail art. They fixed my in-grown toe nail problem I have been dealing with for years after High School. This place is worth your time and dollar. It has a convenient location, and awesome weekend hours!
