Finally stopped in after years of driving by. Received fantastic service, very helpful, HUGE selection. The gentleman behind the counter was knowlegable, answered questions, and made excellent recomendations. Only wish I had been in sooner!

In response to the last the last review. sorry you received "horrible service" but if you noticed he's a very busy man, almost a one man operation aside from his stock help that unlaods all of his supplies in the back. Anyway, had you exercised a little patience you wouldnt have posted this and you would have gotten the best service from a person who has a wealth of knowledge about animals, food, care for you pet, etc. The list goes on and on. Personally my experience was the opposite. My husband and I bit off more than we could handle and purchsed two rescue puppies. Robert has truly been a blessing especially where it really matter..In the pocket. Cleary you cant be in business since 1989 and give "horrible service" and make it. I went in to this store and the guy behind the counter never got off the phone to help me. I waited over 10 minutes waiting for assitance when I didnt get it I left and went down the street to their competitor.
