This salon is by far the worst place I have ever been to. My friends all agree with me. The spa side is the worst experience ever. Agreeing with other reviews, the massage therapist Jenn and Eva the esthetician, do amazing jobs....but their manager/owner/boss does not know what she is doing. You can hear heels going up and down the hall, The music system is horrible, it was not peaceful and "tranquil" as it presents to be.. it is just horrible. I recommend no one to go there and I will be posting negative reviews on my experience everywhere.

This place is poorly managed. The owner does not care about the clients, all she cares about is the money in her pocket. The poor girls that work their need to be held at a higher stature. I would not recommend my own family and friends to ever walk into this salon. I do not trust the management of the salon itself. I love the massage therapist, the esthetician, and a few hair stylists. I would recommend contacting them directly and paying them cash. I do not trust the owner dealing with my credit card information.

I am new to the area and tried this salon. My experience was the worst ever. When you walk in the salon there is no one there to greet you. I waited 5 minutes. Then this rude short brown hair girl came out and told me to have a seat. Come to find out the stylist are all independent and the place is so unmanged. Then my haircut was so uneven and my color was orange. I will never go back again.
