quality/freshness of food

purchased green mill frozen bread sticks on 11/15/13 from hornbachers in Moorhead,mn. ; went to make a meal with them the following day & they were turning an awful green! I was pretty upset as disrupted our supper; called management & expressed problem; he stated has been a problem! WHY! We shop here for quality of product &price; we should get what we pay for; right? I personally have in the last (2) two purchases of 2% Hornbacher's milk; have been sour; & (2) grandchildren do drink this! I am hoping that this will not continue to be a problem & can continue to shop @ this location. And am hoping this matter will be acknowledged & reviewed for public safety. The expiration date on the breadsticks was 11/17/013.
