Not great, but not horrible either. First appointment went fine. Second appointment front desk nurse had a epic fail regarding customer service with me. I waited an extra half hour because she was buried in a administartive computer problem that took precedent over my request for an answer to a problem that requied her to contact the nurse in the patient setrvicing area. Had to then ride my bike home 5 miles in the pouring rain. Someone in the office failed to send my prescription to Costco as they said they would even after I asked them pointedly if it had been sent. Went to Costco and guess what? Yes! No precription on file. Another waste of my time and requiring another trip. My next visit is scheduled for next week. We'll see if they are able to redeem the customer service issues.

My experience there was very unsatisfactory. I had three different appointments there, and each time I went there, I could not get them to provide the services that I was scheduled for. Very basic, simple services that any competent dental office should be able to handle. I used them because they were on my insurance list. Each time, they said see another dental operation, because they were not capable of doing the work. I went elsewhere and had the work done, having to pay out-of-pocket. I paid them my co-pay and got nothing for wasting my time going there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

it's really a shame that another reviewer had a poor experience with another location of Clinicas and decided to take out on this location, because I found Moorpark Clinicas to be excellent. This outfit is associated with the ACE program for Ventura county-a low cost alternative to private health insurance for low-income households. Given that information, my expectations were not high for my first visit, but their staff is friendly and fastidious and at the time of this review, Feb 2013, appointments are easily made on short notice.

The doctor I've seen, Dr. Rogers, is one of the sharpest and friendliest professionals I've ever met. Genuinely engaged, well-informed,and willing to go the extra mile to meet a patient's situation. If she is an indication of the quality of doctors at this operation, you could not trust your care to better hands.

(This is actually a review for the clinicas on sycamore in akmi valley.. Sorry i couls not find it to review. I hve no idea of this informarion applies to all clinicas) the money you "save" here isn't worth the terrible customer service. I'm not someone who needs to be babied and pampered at my appointments but they are not even slightly courteous and just generally horrible and rude. The reason save is in quotes is because they dontnknow what they are soing and do so many test that it ends up costing as much or more than just going to a professional who knows what they are taking about . Also the staff isnt just bad... The doctor is "nice" but does not give any information unless you ask for it and of you do it seems like she is very annoyed to have to answer. Find a doctor that WANTS to help you and appreciates your interest in your own health.
