I recieved the worst haircut of my life at this location. I have had short pixi cut for several years and have never received a cut so bad that I actually have buy a wig and or purchase hats and scarves until it grows out. The first girl to demolish my shape did NOT know what she was doing and should have said so from the begining. She only asked for help from an equally untalented employee after she ruined my shape. The second person to attempt to fix my hair did even more damage than the first. Needless to say, i left there in tears. I have a family reunion/wedding to attend in NYC next week. This could not have happened at a worse time. I made the mistake of trying to save some money by going to somplace less expensive and it ended up costing me a lot more in the end. I will literally have to wear scarves wigs or hats till this horrible cut grows out. I would not recommend this supercuts to anyone. And i know that next time i will wait till my more expensive, experienced stylist is available at a different establishment.
