Located in Moosic, Pa., the center offers a range of services in the categories of group fitness, massage, personal training, tanning services and zumba. Its group fitness combines fat-burning aerobic movements as well as muscle building exercises. Through Pro Rehabilitation Services, the club also provides a variety of rehabilitation services for patients with orthopedic disorders, post operative trauma, work injuries, sports injuries and other neurologic/neuromuscular conditions.

Provided by YP.comThe staff and trainers at PRO Fitness are great. Everyone is friendly and professional, the place is clean and I never wait for equipment. When I was shopping around for gyms, their rates were cheaper than a lot of the others, but the offered more (i.e.- 2 free training sessions, pool, spa, sauna, group classes, tanning, etc.). I used to go to Planet Fitness and I'm never going back. These people care and offer a lot more!
