All they are good at here is ripping you off. We bought a car 8 months ago and still have not gotten the title because they won't transfer it. We call and call again... and they stopped answering their phone. We had to get the police involved just for a title transfer. They are the pathetic and scummy. Him and his wife are the worst type of people. Go elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

They sell junk! and rip of their customers and do not stand behind their so call warranty. My elderly parents have had no vehicle for 6 weeks and they are suppose to fix it according to warranty but still nothing and this is second time in less than a year!

We purchased, paid for in full $13,500 for a Yukon that we never physically received. Before handing over the check Tyler agreed to repairs we asked for after having our mechanic look over the tainted truck, tons of major issues that they said we will have no problem fixing them just give us a few days.....5weeks later after getting zero updates from them, us having to call each time only to get put on hold for 30+minutes or our calls blocked/ignored from employees that the truck was repossessed by Clements Chevrolet out of Rochester and re-sold just a week or two after we gave Rubes our $$$, which in turn should have paid off Clements but instead it lined Tyler's pockets...No one bothered to let us know... and I'm sure they were just banking on us being patient and taking every excuse they've tried on us. After doing even more digging with our attorney we've uncovered close to $300,000 in judgement's against Rubes Auto/Tyler & Kristen...SO now we are out $13,500 cash and dont have a vehicle to show for it....I would call that Felony theft......IF (thats a big IF) they are a TRUE and honest company they would be returning our money and apologizing...instead Tyler and Kristen have called myself and my husband to threaten us and tell us we're never seeing our money or our vehicle....not people to be running any type of business and they really sum up the definition of a sleazy used car salesmen

We bought a truck December 2016, still no title. Truck had major engine issues, and we had to fix that, then the truck burned, total loss. We can't get paid because we still have no title. The folks we talk to are rude, the guy asked me if I wanted him to put a gun to someones head to get a title. Insurance won't pay without a title, this is costing us 500 dollars a month. I had to call the police twice to get any action. They gave my son a "free" detail, then used all his cleaning stuff to detail the truck. Run far away from these folks. Crooks all the way. I have contacted an attorney

the only way to find out is to go in. honestly dont listen to what everyone else says go in and experience it yourself!!!

If you are completely stupid and don't have a brain in your head, go there. If you have money you want to throw away, a car you can't drive, go there. Lawn ornaments are alot less money at Menards. It was once said, there is a sucker born every day. Don't be one of these people, please

I bought a Jeep from Rubes and had problems from the very start. Spent $3700 fixing it. Go elsewhere
