I was a weekly customer for about 6 years but they lost my business about a month ago. The last straw was when I picked up my drycleaning and it smelled as though it was in a fire. They told me I just needed to let it "air out" because they got some bad soap about a month earlier but it's actually worse now. So my clothes have aired out and it's been a month and they still smell. They told me some of their customers are hanging them in their garage to get more air. No apology, no return on my money... I had 3 suits and a wool winter overcoat and a cashmere overcoat that may be ruined. I was a loyal customer but not anymore.
