I loved going here at first they were nice and it was right across the street from my house. I brought them a lot of business; my friends,sisters, mom, my brother and his girlfriend and my aunt. They were rude to my aunt as well and told her she couldn't come back. My mom and sisters came in one day to get pedi and nails done and refused to service them. Nov 17... Terrible customer service!!! Cut nails too short on a fill in and asked them to redo the 2 thumbs said no she cant she has an appointment told me to cone back at 7pm I said do you want me to pay for what you've already done she said no not necessary so I got up and said ok will be back at 7 then she sent her husband outside to tell me that she doesn't want to do my nails anymore and dont come back. I said fine and walked away!!! The day before I took in a thank you card for them doing my nails for my wedding (10-28-13 which by the way did not deserve one, but I was trying to be nice.) I have never been told not to come back to any where in my life!!! Sooo I am not sure how they run a business this way but I wont recommend them to anyone ever again!!!

dont let the shop decor throw you off these people are constant professionals, friendly and talented. I showed my tech a small pic of my dress I was going to wear to my birthday and he matched the design perfect. I got an eyebrow was there as well with minimum discomfort and she was able to work around my scaring and showed my techniques to color in to show minimum scarring. will not go anywhere else ever again.
