When I went to get my items back, the owners of the shop were in jail, indicted for buying stolen property. Store closed, I couldn't get my items

back. They put a sign on the door saying they would be open the next day, day after day. The police said it was a civil matter, they couldn't help, I

should get an attorney.

Over a week later the store was opened by some other people who were not restrained by the court from visiting the store as the owners were.

They at first tied to charge me another month's interest, and I explained you can't refuse a payment, then charge interest because it was late. I got

my stuff, but the metal stress ruined a good part of my week, I wasted hours driving to the closed store, talking to the police.

If I had known the owner was already a felon convicted for Wire Fraud, I never would have trusted him with my items. Avoid.

The last comment was from a misguided family member as I recognize the name. This comment is criminal and I would recommend owners to file charges of liable. Obviously this child has his own drug issues and these rants are not only racist but unwarranted. What a shame.

Awesome place to go and disregard what the other reviewer said, they are HONEST...I really doubt that they took a fork that is worth $5 tops...I mean really?? Go pawn your silverware for crack somewhere else.

I highly recomend Jeff and the Morraine city pawn team. I have bought several tools from them for an extremely low price and have had them do multiple jewlery repairs on expensive($8K+) jewlery...not once was their integrity questioned.

Thieves! Walked in with 275 grams of flatware. Didnt like their low ball price so took my silver and left. Realized later I only left with 247 grams! Realized later they kept a fork for their troubles! The weigh evrything out of sight. Should have been a big red flag! Avoid...they are thieves!

They weight everything out of sight. Any reputible brokers weighs everything in front of the custumer! I should have known better. A small cost for a lesson learned. Avoid this shop. They are thieves!
