Provided by YP.comHorrible!!! Went to eat 5-20-2012 for dinner. The scallops were cold on 2 different plats and breading was soggy. The shrimp on the same plates were warm. Breading on them were nasty with no seasoning and very bland. Rib eye steak was well done and like shoe leather instead of medium. All food was recooked and a bit better for doneness but second steak was mostly gristle and fat. Broiled seafood plate was done but no flavor. Was not a busy night and kitchen was very slow. We were told seafood was fresh and you could tell it was not and came from freezer. Waitress was good but she was still new and did a good job despite food being nasty. I have been to this place many years ago and was good then so I thought would be good to take out of towners to and show them a good local restaurant for seafood. Avoid!!!!! and take the 2 min walk somewhere else to another local restaurant.

Provided by YP.comI used to work there and I can tell you horrer stories about what went on in the back kitchen. When something spoiled, instead of throwing everything out, we were made to pick out and throw away only the spoiled part. Cooks do not, I repeat, DO NOT wear gloves when preparing or cooking your food. I have witnessed cooks and servers eating off your plate before it leaves the kitchen to" just make sure the food is cooked". I have seen staff eat out of bowls of food or the soup warmers that are used to store food until served. I have seen staff NOT washing hands after using restroom. Owner told us to "dry our hands" while leaving the restroom to show diners that hands were washed. Servings are SMALL and OVER-PRICED. Restaurant has a cockroach infestation. Some of the staff are addicts that I have seen use while on the job and many are felons with larceny and fraud on thier record. If using a credit card ... you horrer stories about what went on in the back kitchen. If using a credit card, make sure to check your statement to be sure that they charged you the correct amount AFTER tip. YOUR CARD WILL BE CHANGED AFTER THE INITIAL CHARGE IF YOU LEAVE A TIP ON CREDIT CARD!!! I have seen waitresses add a dollor or two extra to the tip that you originally left. BEWARE!!! Eat at your own risk!

Provided by YP.comThis place is fantastic. We docked our boat there overnight and there was no charge for the stay. They did ask us to eat with them if we ate out. After we had dinner we stayed until they opened the next day so we could eat there again. The best seafood we have had this trip. Try any seafood that they have fried or broiled and you will love it. Their lemon pie cannot be beat anywhere. We will be stopping by their on our trip south in the fall. This place is a great find.

Provided by YP.comThe fried seafood is great. It is not heavy with batter and dough. You can really tell what the seafood is that you are eating. I had the shrimp and scallops and they were great. We also had the crab legs and there were lots of them and they were really good. The best thing they have is the lemon pie and it is one of the best pies in any restaurant anywhere. If you don't like this pie you don't like anything.

Provided by YP.comThe first time I went there about 3 years ago it was GREAT! I went this past time with my dad and daughter and couldn't tell what kind of fish I was eating... (it was suppose to be Mahi-Mahi bites)... oh, i only got 5-7 bite size pieces. This place is WAY OVER PRICED! Our sweet tea was water and sugar with a drop of tea... Our waitress was the RUDEST PERSON i've ever meet! Needless to say WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!
