Authentic Italian restaurant featuring Chef Carlo Cappiello. For several years Carlo worked in the prestigious Grand Hotel in Paris and was accredited as an "Executive Chef". He continued to explore new directions in the USA. In the early 90's brought to the Triangle area "The Taste of Italy". From 2005-2006 Carlo furthered his training and was honorably awarded a 5-star certificate and other accomplished Chef Degrees.Casa San Carlos is a traditional Italian cuisine venue, serving the best dishes and drinks from authentic Italian recipes.
