Ugh, worst experience yet! I loved this place in the past; however they have really disappointed this evening! I had my usual pedicure with gel and unfortunately the gel didn't take after over an hour...due to obviously their bad product. Anyway, I stayed over an hour and my toes were still horrible with no mend in sight. Regardless, they still made me pay for a full service pedicure! Never again... this place stinks!

pricey and the service wasn't satisfying. Wish the technician was more concerned to the customer rather than rushing.

I came here during a trip and was disappointed. They cared more the quantity of the customers rather the quality of the service they provided for the customers. I won't be back.

I went with my daughter's at end of our vacation thought it would be a treat but I got a chair that was broken...first I put my feet HOT water my daughter's beside me had all COLD water....then my water thing wouldn't swirl the water (she said you don't mind it water don't swirl) then the guy works on it to get it to work (this whole time my feet still in water) he gets it working but I get sprayed up to my chest with water... once that was straight I thought all was good so I sit back and try to turn on the massaging chair AND HE SPEAKS UP AND SAYS ON THAT DONT WORK WE BEEN HAVING TROUBLE WITH THIS CHAIR BUT WE'VE ORDERED NEW ONE!!!!! Other chairs were available WHY DID YOU PUT SOMEONE IN A CHAIR THAT YOU KNEW WAS NOT WORKING ????? Have been there several times and this was a real disappoint.......

Have been there 4-5 times. Am very impressed with LoAnn. She does my nails perfect. The shop is clean and friendly. A little on the PRICEY side, but it is worth the extra I pay. Have had pedicures, and eyebrows waxed, also. Try LoAnn she is the very best!!

A little on the pricier side as nail salons go, but the service and facility is more than worth the few dollars difference. They treat men and women like royalty here. I have been for a pedi 3 times since they opened, took my husband twice, and their service is still great. Plenty of staff on hand so you aren't waiting forever. I've planned a spa day for my mother-in-law for Christmas and can't wait to go.

I walked in to have a fill in and was very pleased with my entire experience. The salon is open and spacious. There are always 10-12 techs working, so you don't have much of a wait, if you have to wait at all! I got a fill in with the colored acrylic powder and the tech did a great job. He was friendly, efficient, and polite. I have been back 3 times, with a nice experience each time. I highly recommend Cobe Nails.
