I went to get my engagement ring tipped because the stone was loose last Thursday. I was told it would be done Saturday or Monday the latest. It is now a week later still not ready. I stopped in on Monday just to make sure I hadn't missed their call and they couldn't find where my ring was or recall me being in the shop before. Scary! Finally they found my receipt and told me to wait a couple more days. I called into the shop today since I still haven't received a call and the young women I spoke to sounded like she had no idea how to answer simple questions related to my situation. Horrible experience.

All I wanted was a new battery in my watch. They told me they would have to keep it over night. They called the next day and told me it needed repairs that would cost $165. I told them I would just pick it up. When I picked it up, they had not even put a battery in it.
