WORST EXPERINCE EVER!!! Right on there Web Site is states NO BROKER FEES... thats a LIE!!! My Ins Comp charged me $220 to start a new policy and Best Ins Services charged me a total of $485 Seems like a broker fee to me! Plus I found out that they completly lied to me by saying they talked to my Ins Comp and I was not able to reinstate my old policy, then I found out by the Ins Company that he completly lied to me and I never had to sign a new policy and they could have easily reinstated with just a simple late fee!!! Then Best Ins lied to me about all my old Ins Documents being LOCKED untill I signed another Policy with them. They also told my aunt who was a loyal long time customer that for every person she referred and new policy that was signed she would get a gas card, needless to say THAT NEVER HAPPEND!!! It was one excuse after another, she referred tons of people over there. First they said the gas cards were in the mail, then oh wait we have to order them, then OH WAIT WE FORGOT WE DONT OFFER THAT DEAL ANYMORE...SORRY! SO BOTTM LINE... THEY ARE ANYHING BUT BEST INSURANCE!!! Save your money and go somewhere else a little more trust worthy!
