:30 min wait but once seated, the appetizer, soup, salad and main course all arrived within :10 min. Barely started on the appetizer when the soups, salads and main courses all arrived at the same time.

If you want it fast and to go, this is the place. If you want to sit down and enjoy your meal find another place to eat.

Terrible experience. Ordered a small bites appetizer and got mozzarela cheese sticks. before I could say anything my kids got their hands on the sticks and started eating. so my waitress realized that I didnt ordered that and told me not to worry about it. another waitress came and told me it was brought to me by mistake and that i had to pay it.

BEFORE THE HORRIFYING INCIDENT... My family and I visited Bjs Restaurant on Sat. December 10, 2011. Everything was great, we enjoyed a beer, appetizers, good drinks and all the good food. To all of us this was our best place to eat on a special day... "UNTIL" one of my family members chewed down on a 1 1/4" x 1/8" piece of sharp metal object that was mixed in her food. She injured her gums and has been in pain and medication since, injury inside the mouth takes days to heal and is very painful due to the wetness inside the mouth. The manager was called and did not apologize, he only took a “complaint” report and contacted corporate. Later we found out that the piece of steel came off the brushes the restaurant uses to clean their grills. A brush was discreetly seen in the restaurant with lots of missing wires. We are just glad one of our children didn’t get it in their burger or it could have been a sad and even more horrifying occurrence. We will NEVER be going into any bjs restaurant again. It has been a nightmare for her with all the medical visits, expenses, and thoughts of this horrifying event. CORPORATE HAS DONE NOTHING!!! We have pictures and evidence of all this including the piece of steel. IF YOU WANT TO STAY HEALTHY AND OUT OF THE HOSPITAL, CHOOSE AN ALTERNATE WHEN IT COMES TO GOOD FOOD AND SERVICE. “NOT BJS RESTAURANT”

The food, service, and atmosphere are always pretty good.
