Called Hector to find out what he was going to do about the oil throw or poured all over my peanut butter convertible hood. He asked me if I wanted him to wash my car!!!!! How to you wash oil out of a convertible top? When saw the damage, scratches on the vehicle, oil fingers prints all over the interior and the oil on the hood, and asked him why it was there and what was going to do about it. Hector took a towel and wiped the hood, how is washing soaked in oil going to help? The vehicle appears to be having electrical problems that didn't exist before, but Hector stated he needed to change the electrical box???? Dishonest, will say anything to get your money. Promise dates never kept. Be beware - shady operation. Be aware of family/friend reviews - Run from this place and Banning Transmission Banning, CA - Same guy. The Better Business Bureau affiliation is a lie - old stickers, but no affiliation!

bad service the estimated time for a transmission rebuild was a week finish the job in about 60 days. the estimated charges was $1,200 he charge me about $2,000.00 the owner Hector is a liar. my car worked fine for a day the next day my car was worse. he did not want to refund my money.

Do not trust Hector the owner of cactus transmission, poor quality of work. I lost all respect for this person

Terrible! Not done right, had problems from the moment the car was picked up. They were late getting the job done. They damaged the car body. Worst experience EVER with an auto shop. Do yourself a favor and avoid them, you will be happy you did or you will feel sick to your stomach for going.
