Worst dental experience of my ENTIRE life!!! I went in for a retreat root canal, was told he would do it and just had to get authorization from my insurance. After authorization was given, two months later he decided to not perform the retreat and tell me to go to an Endodontist. Completely wasted my time while I waited in pain. Also, every time I called they said they had to look for my file and then call me back. Six times this happened, and I never got ONE call back. They never even sent the authorization for the retreat in until I had called numerous times to check up on it. I was told management had changed and that they dropped the ball, which I was later told was not true at all. Management never changed, they just completely never sent any of my paper work in until I was proactive about them doing so (meaning calling there sometimes 2 or 3 times some days, and being told I would be called back). Dr. Chi is actually extremely rude as well, and never even talked to me. He had his staff talk to me for him. Last but not least, 2 separate employees that said they were handling my case were suddenly “no longer working here,” when I called about my case. Please do NOT waste your time there, the experience brought nothing but physical and emotional pain to my life. I felt like nobody in that office knew anything that was going on. Horrible, horrible dental office!!!!!

After paying thousands in the past 6 months for dental care. I must say you don’t ever want to go to this place. An older dentist, who you would think is experienced, did more than half of the work incorrectly. Thank you for putting me through hours of severe pain and suffering. Everyone knows how it feels to have that long protruding needle stuck through your cheek several times. Now, imagine going through it 3 times for the same procedures. Also, imagine that needle going through your nerve in your tooth to get a root canal done. Surprise! The pain you just experienced and the time you lost in the chair was for nothing because you have to get it all redone. I had the work redone again at Western Dental this time around because, lets face it, Dr. Chi’s dentists were most likely not going to do it right. Dr. Chi employs dentists so incompetent that performing fillings are just too common to be done correctly the first time. Not to mention, there is no guarantee that the doctor will even show up to the appointment. He employs receptionists so ineffectual that taking correct appointments and messages from clients is something of a rocket science formula. If you want your time wasted, to be disrespected, to wait hours on doctors, and to sit through repeated dental procedures producing severe pain, then by all means, this is your one stop dental shop.

The reviews of doctors msy be nice, but the staff to exclude a few are extremely rude, obnoxious and distasteful

dr chi and his staff are so nice and he is such a great dentist he does everything there and affordable payments and all the staff is bilingual which i love i reccomend all my family to dr chi
