Hello, my family and I went to check out Hibachi Buffet on the grand opening night. The food was not bad but there were some issues that needed to be resolved.



1. They ran out of plates and it would sometimes take them a while to wash them and put more out for your next round of food.



2. This seems like a family owned restaurant which isn't bad, but some of their English speaking skills definitely do need some work. Broken English is fine but to not understand the phrase "no ice" is very important to serving the customers.



3. The hibachi station area truly needs a bigger ventilation system because you can see the smoke leave the hibachi station and go into the main dining area and the smoke looks similar to a small layer of smog inside the building.



Besides these 3 things, their selection was not bad and the price seemed very fair. I will be going back to see if they improved on the things that need to be fixed in order to be successful! Hope this was some help.
