WARNING - THIS COMPANY IS NO GOOD! I HAD been using Kim for tax preparation for many years and although there were always some issues with return calls, I always managed to talk to her and get what I needed with enough persistence. However, the last couple of years were a nightmare. We were unable to get in touch with her 2 years ago when we needed some help with an IRS issue and it was very frustrating. When we went to her in 2012 to have our 2011 return done we talked to her very openly about our concerns and she assured us that she would be available if we needed her and she was just having some personal problems. In early-mid 2012 we received a notice that we were being audited for 2 of our tax years that she had prepared for us. Despite calling her office and cell phone at least 2 dozen times and leaving MANY messages, talking to her assistant and leaving messages with her, sending text messages, sending emails and sending faxes, I have not received a single message back from her in over 9 months! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ACCOUNTING NEEDS OR FOR ANYTHING ELSE, that is my recommendation!
