I love love LOVE Juice it up, and considering I had been craving it for about 3 weeks -not helping the fact that numerous people in my spanish class kept popping up with Juice it up cups..whenever class met- I decided to treat myself and my mom to Juice it Up. I was so excited.... I cant tell you how much a mistake it was going there. When i arrived I was the only person in the shop, the service was terribly slow. I ordered, the cashier was confused, I paid.... and continued to wait for my drinks. 2 of the same exact drinks, for over 10 minutes! This is how bad it got - I waited, and the place continued to fill up, dont forget I was the only person in the shop at first. The manager comes out from the back, sees the line, looks around, and goes back in the back. The cashier struggled. And OMG the girl making my drink was completely tragic. She was working at negative 5mph, which pissed me off considering that A. there was a line forming B. you never ever ever take your time when making drinks (i work at a coffeeshop. trust me) C. Hello?!?!? You're making 2 of the same things!! She scooped the yogurt out, that took a couple of minutes, she added ingredients, that took forever, then she blended....re-blended...added more stuff...re-blended..and blended again. OMG I wanted to rip my hair out. I seriously was biting my tongue to the point where there could've been blood (ok maybe not that bad) And she did all this walking at the pace of negative 10mph. All the other Juice it Up's have had my drinks made in less than 3 minutes, which is the time you're supposed to have them made..



And the sad part.. I get to class the next week, complain to everyone, and ask if it was just me



"No, they're always that slow."
