The customer service here is horrible. The people who answer the phone to take the orders arw rude as ever. And when you pick up your pizza's they always have attitude. They also can't seem to get the orders right. This place has very poor and unfriendly service and I wouldn't recommend them for pizza.

I ordered from the Moreno beach Dr location in Moreno Valley and had a terrible experience. I called and ordered. I went to pick up and they tried to tell me that I ordered only one item when I ordered three in total. I had wait for the rest of my order to be made. When I got home and my family and I started eating the food. We noticed there was hair in our pizza. I was so upset. I could not believe this was happening. I called and asked to speak to the manager. She was very rude right away and was saying that she didn't believe me. I told her I had no reason to lie and that I wanted my refund. She told me I couldn't get my refund unless she saw the hair in the food. So I took the food back. I asked for the manager. She was right in front of me at the counter and took forever to get to me. She sat there and talked and walked around for about 10 min. Then she finally came around to me. I showed her the food with the hair in it and she said I can have another pizza very rudely. I told her I didn't want another pizza. I wanted my full refund back like explained over the phone. She told me she was not giving me my full refund and refunded only one pizza. I told her it was an extreme inconvenience to me because my order was already messed up to begin with and I had to drive back because there was hair in the food. She told me she didn't care. I asked to speak to the supervisor ahead of her. She said she was at the perris Blvd location. I called to speak to her and she told me that I couldn't get my refund and that all their employees wear hair nets. I begin to get extremely upset because I sat there and looked at every employee in that little bambinos location and not neither one of them had on a hair net. Not even the males who were working there. I told her that and she got very nasty with me and told me how am gonna tell her that her employees don't have hair nets on? I told her because I'm sitting here looking at them. And she hung up in my face. I will never visit this horrible place again. No little bambinos location, ever. The manager and supervisor are very rude and it is disgusting to make an order and then there's hair in your food. I don't recommend this place at all. Little Caesar's or Pizza hut will do from now on.

The pizza here is really good. It definitely beats little Caesars. The prices are cheap and the pizza is fresh. The only bad things are long lines and unfriendly Cust service. I highly recommend this place and phone in your order.
