we had problem with perfect air.

they installed an incorrect motor on our air conditioner what burned out. then they came out and replaced it with another wrong part motor. it wasn't until we used the motor all day and night it burned out twice.. it was spinning the wrong direction and over heating i have tried to call them again about the problems still wasn't fixed until i got another air condition company out the show the mistakes. i also posted on there face book my review and it was deleted so in my dealings with them i would not go with them. its a shame because i did like Edgar but not the job that was done. i still have the defective motor the other ac guy told me it was a used part installed on the unit. because of how the fan was spinning,.

I live out of State and I own a rental property in So Cal. My tenants AC unit stopped working. Based on the reviews online - I contacted Perfect Air. Within 24 hours - Edgar went out, made the repairs and followed up with my tenants to make sure they understood how to operate the new AC system. Very Honest and wonderful customer service. I highly recommend.

FIVE STARS FOR SURE! I decided to shop further after I received a very high price quote from a local contractor. I found Perfect Air. Their price was fair and complete, he was very knowledgeable and the technician show up on time as scheduled, was neat and completed the installation in one day. I was amazed how they took out our old unit from the attic and installed the new one without any problem or damage to my home. In addition he explained the advantages of our new unit and was able to connect our current talking thermostat for low vision so that we could continue to have heat and air without having to learn how to use it. This was very important to us and the technician was quick to put our mind at ease that it could be done. They cleaned up after and hauled everything away. I think they are a great company and I have recommended them to others who have used them as well and told me they were very happy too. I will continue to recommend them without reservation.

Perfect Air did a great job installing a new furnace in my home. I had previously called another company to do the job but decided I would get a second opinion and I am glad I did!!! Perfect Air was able to get me a great deal . They also provided great customer service and the technician was very knowledgable and provided me with details of the job from start to finish. The technician also worked very clean and left behind no mess at all. Overall I am very happy with the service this company provided and I am glad I got a second opinion and saved $$. I highly recommend Perfect Air for all of your air conditioning and heating needs.

They did a great job replacing my old air conditioner. Fast service! Competitively priced! and nice, too!
