I came in after having not eaten anything all day since I came straight there from my dr's office, The recep told me that they can't take me till after 1pm because they're on lunch and their last blood drawn period for the morning is 1230pm. Even though it's not their lunch hour (explained below), the lady claimed that the nurses went out for lunch so I have to wait. So I thought ok, so if it's 1240 now, maybe I can wait here for about 20mns. Their lunch hours are actually from 1-1:30 (I later found out that it's not from 1230-1 as the recep claimed) on their side door--I saw it when she checked me off for lunch. I waited outside because I had nowhere to go and didn't want to come back another day after not eating all day--the place isn't close to my house either. When it was 5mn before 130, I came back in with another person, the other person asked to drop off an item but the lady said that she had wait 5mns since it's not 130 yet. At 135, she allowed the other person to drop off her sample and then the Recep was the one to draw my blood. This whole time she could have done it for me!!!! It only took less than 5mns and she wasted 1ish hrs of my f'in day and made me starve!!! So whatever you do, avoid this place like there is no tomorrow!!!
