My sister and mother went to look at the house for rent. The house was beautiful and they liked it. My mother was going on and on about how wonderful the house we are going to live in is when she came home. The agent we where talking to has said that the owner had agreed to let us move in 30 days so we can give manager 30 day notice. Justin Moldenhauer, agent that was working with us, had emailed us the application to fill out that included the credit check. We had filled it out and emailed it same day. Next day we found out that the company no longer except credit card, they only except money order and cashier check for credit check. After a lot of problems we had found a place that had very good priced money order and mailed it to the company. We were very exited when we passed the credit check and were email first Disclosure Regarding Real Estate Agency Relationship and then Lease Agreement. With the Lease Agreement we where supposed to send a copy of a check. I guess Justin has forgotten to mention to us that it was cashiers check. We only found out about it when it was too late to go to the bank to get it. Justin gave us until morning to get him cashier check. This morning my sister has found out that the house has been rented out already. We are all very disappointed and shocked.
