I have been taking my shih-tzu, Lani, here since she was 7 weeks old(she's now 2 1/2 years old) and I absolutely think that they do a wonderful job. They are kind and careing and I know that I can trust them with my precious baby. Lani looks foreward to her weekly spa day and love the attention that they give her. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Thank you Tender Touch!!

When i called to make an appointment for my shiht-tzu I had specifically said I wanted a puppy hair cute for the body and to just clean up the face and to pls leave her pony tail alone, to just come it put no trim or cut in that area. They said okay they will do just that. When I picked her up she was almost bald and her pony tail was completely gone, shaved to the scalp. I couldn't believe it and when I had ask what happened they didn't know what to say, they still charged me full price and my shih-tzu looked so horrible I wanted to cry :-( I highly don't recommend this place.

I would not take a loved family pet here!!! They lie about the prices and my dog also had razor burn/ scabs from being cut. one of his nipples was also scabbed over.

The groomers kept my dogs collar and didnt return my phone calls to retreive it. If you love your dog dont go to this place. Take it somewhere that is higher quality!!!

Tender touch pet grooming personnel are by far the best I've been able to find in my 60 years of owning and taking care of pets. They are by far well above others in their field. I won't use any body else.

I strongly advise you not to go to Tender Touch in moreno valley. I took my West highland Terrier there and they made my dog unidentifiable! They shaved my dogs hair down to its skin. Left razor burns on his neck and back. They didnt even cut the hair on his head correctly. Nothing tender or professional about that place! and coincidentally, my dog developed kennel cough shortly after the visit. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
