He is 16 and was a potty mouth, not after joining here, that stopped. He dropped about 30 pounds the first month.
His self esteam grew, leaps and bounds.
The building on the inside is real nice and modern, it is complete with a gym. We found cheaper places, but they weren't as nice. And after visiting another place, we found out that my son's teacher here, taught the other teachers.
This is a great place for teen & adults, both male & female.
They have cage fighting and boxing.
