Central Catholic High School, founded by the Marianite Sisters of the Holy Cross, is a Catholic secondary school, owned and operated by the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux. Central Catholic High School serves the Catholic population of the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux, Catholic families in East St. Mary Parish and in neighboring communities in Louisiana. It enrolls students in grades seven through 12. The school s academic curriculum includes reading and language arts, mathematics, science, social studies and English. It also offers various clubs and activities, including athletics, bands, baseball, basketball, basketball, cheerleading, cross-country, dance team, flag raisers, and football clubs.
